Celebrate This Time

Who is getting ready for the
long weekend ahead of us?!
ME!
My little ones don't have
school Friday or Monday along
with myself which is fine
by me. It gives a chance
for a little breather.

I just wanted to share this layout
I created for Crate Paper Patterned Paper
Challenge. This is another just for
me project. I had been wanting to
use these scrap triangles for
a while now so this was the perfect
chance. Every pattern is just fantastic!!!
Love mixing and matching everything.

Just a quick reminder as well of tutorial coming
up soon for Hydrangea Hippo. Will keep you
                                           posted!!!
                                           Have a blessed day!

Oh, my page was also featured on the Crate Paper
blog along with other amazing projects! Go check
                                           them out!

Beautiful Mini File Pocket Album

It's been a busy first week of school for
myself. Lots of reading and hands on
ofcourse. My original plan was to take
Graphic Design but ended up with
Desktop Publishing. I have heard a
number of  people say that particular class
is the one I should start with before
diving into graphic design. At least
it is a move forward rather than
just doing nothing at all.

Today I want to share yet another
Bind-It-All mini album which is full
of file pocket pages. I used a GORGEOUS
kit from Hydrangea Hippo called Sew Sweet and
added a few other little things as well.

I went button crazy with this one adding
tiny little flags here and there.

It took some detail cutting to get these
images from Prima paper. I fell in love
with the horse, little boy, and this beautiful boat.
The song Sailing comes to mind
every time I see it.
Just a touch of ClearSnaps Smooch Sprays
I used all throughout this album including the
cover. It felt so wonderful to see all the little
splatters everywhere. It adds a slight touch of
                                             whimsy.

I am hoping to get a tutorial out soon which
will be for Hydrangea Hippo. It is long overdo
that I feature one here so keep your eyes open
                                             for that!

Until next time a have blessed Sunday!!

Snapshot Hybrid Album(Sarah Hurley Designs)

Hello Hello there on this fine HOT
Monday afternoon..
I know we are all trying to keep cool,
get kids ready for school,
wrap our brains around getting
them to school, and so
many other in between chores.
Let's take a break with
a lovely Snapshot Album
created with Sarah Hurley Designs

All that is seen here is hybrid except for the bling
and a few altered buttons. It is amazing the journeys
we take in crafting and how we grow. I am so
excited working with Sarah Hurley's digital designs
and I think out of all so far Documented365 is my fave.

Other kits used on this project:
                               Retro Home
                               Say Cheese

They can be found here in Sarah Hurley's Shop!

Also used to create this mini album is the always
                               amazing Bind-It-All!!! I am addicted...LOL!

Be on the lookout for more projects coming
                               tomorrow!!!

Cool N Calm

That is what I am trying to do for
these last few days of kids
being at home while trying also
to keep cool. This humidity is
a drainer for sure.

I have been in a deep creative mode working
on a number of things and being super inspired.
Hubby and I went to Target this past weekend
and I ended up taking quite a few pics on
my phone in which I NEVER do really. There
were so many things that gave me ideas I
didn't want to chance them to memory. The
little ones tend to scramble my thoughts a great
deal. I am still well! =)
Now I am off to finish a few things along with
some touch cleaning of the house or should
that be the other way around. Giggle......
                                                Be blessed all!
